COMMERCIAL CONSTRUCTION PROJECT MANAGER
Seeking an experienced project manager to join our outstanding team working in the greater Los Angeles area. Excellent benefits and competitive salary will be provided to the ideal individual.
Qualified candidate must have:
• A minimum of 8 years of commercial construction project management experience.
• Experience managing multiple projects in the $2 to $20 million range.
• Backgrounds in healthcare, industrial, office or retail.
• Knowledge of OSHPD requirements and protocol.
• Mechanical, electrical and plumbing coordination experience.
• Experience managing and supervising multiple team members.
• Experience at facilitating client meetings
• Ability to market and build business development opportunities
• Successful record @ delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Experience developing and reporting project financial reports to senior management.
• Experience with Prolog or other construction management software programs.
• Ability to use Microsoft Project and/or Primavera scheduling software programs.
• Strong verbal and writing skills.
• Experience managing design / build projects a plus.
• Experience managing engineers, architects and subcontractors.
• Strong estimating experience.
• Dependable, highly motivated and a great team player.
