Abbott Construction has successfully completed the construction of Phase 1,2 & 3. The scope of work included sitework, core & shell and the interior build-out of the first floor. Phase 4 & 5 will begin late this year and will conclude the interior build-out of floors two and three and a new freestanding community center. This project will target LEED Gold certification upon completion of Phase 4.

NAVOS Mental Health Solutions have been responding to the needs of people with mental illness in King County for over 40 years. This new Mental Health and Wellness Center is designed to fully integrate therapy, primary health care treatment, employment training and support services for people with a mental illness that live at or near the poverty level.
