Tenant Improvement

Several of our customers use us for all their construction needs, from large stand-alone buildings to tenant improvement projects. To meet our customer's tenant improvement needs, we have formed a Special Projects Group. This group is able to self-perform many aspects of a tenant improvement project, including demolition, framing, sheet rock, and paint. This benefits our customers by allowing us to condense the schedule, and provides better overall project coordination.
